RMA and Warranty Request
Pioneer Computers Return Procedure

This section of our online service applies to these products only:
  • Any products purchased directly from Pioneer Computers Australia
  • Any Pioneer Computers’ DreamVision, DreamBook and DreamPC brands purchased from our resellers.
At Pioneer Computers, we provide different types of Return Authorization Numbers (RA numbers). To have access to these services you must be a registered user. If you do not have an access passport click here to create one.

These services do not cover United Electrical extended warranties. If you have one please contact our warranty agent United Electrical. All the necessary contact details and information regarding to your warranty can be found inside the warranty documents, which you have received with your computer.

For all other warranty and returns, please sign in using your username and password.

This online service does not provide options for credit request. If you would like to request a credit for any purchased item please contact your account manager (if you are a registered reseller). End-user customers can apply for a credit request by phoning us and providing their invoice number.
